As much chaos that appears in our nation and in these elections I also see the hand of God on things as He brings His words to pass. I see a people that truly love Jesus rise up with courage. Though we may seem like a remnant the Lord sends his mighty warring angels to stand at our side. This is a spiritual battle.
My word from the Lord: One day time will not be. You will have eternity with Me, but for now restrictions are set, and time is in place. The dreams you are dreaming are for a better understanding of Me not a rebuke. I desire all of you and want you to desire all of Me. Running to and fro is everywhere. Be still and know I am God. I have set in place the times, and the seasons. Things, people, places, homes will come and go, but what I ask is hold on to the eternal things for they will see you through every situation. My desire is for you. My desire is for you not against you. Walk do not run. Now is the time to walk ahead. Set the pace steady; keep your eyes on Me. Something is coming that will accelerate everything, but that is not for you to know right now. You focus on Me, the church, the people that need you. Lay at My feet your concerns for I will take the burdens and lighten the loads. I will go before you so the path is clear, and ready for you to walk upon it without stumbling. Your stumbling along is over. You will have clear and precise vision of what to do and how to do it. Don't forget to enjoy the journey. That is a key for you today.
I believe the Lord is raising up an army in these days to stand against the darkness that has appeared around the world. He reminds us here that His desire is for us. He says this twice, which means, "it is so!"
We must continue to walk a steady pace, and not give up. There is a time to walk, a time to run and a time to rest. This is a time to walk and see what is going on around you with each step. This is not a time to stumble not knowing where you are going; It is a time to walk towards the mission and keep your eyes focused on Christ. it is a time to be strong in the Lord.
The Lord ends His word to me with,"Don't forget to enjoy the journey. that is a key for you today." This year of 2016 has taken away a lot of joy and enjoyment in many. Every time I read or watch the news "enjoy" is not a word that comes to my mind! The bible says, "the joy of the Lord is our strength". I want to close today and ask the Lord to help us find joy in these difficult times and open our eyes to see the things that bring us joy.
Lord I pray for each one today for our spiritual eyes to be opened to the wonderful, beautiful gifts you have given each one of us. Let us stop long enough on this journey to smile and to laugh; to enjoy each other. There is always so much to be thankful for, and I pray we see it, embrace it and acknowledge it. Amen
Laugh with someone today and enjoy the journey!
