A word from the Lord:
Prayer is your communion, your relationship with Me.
Prayer takes you where your feet cannot.
Prayer fills the atmosphere with words of fire.
Prayer is your weapon of warfare.
Prayer releases Angels to war on your behalf.
You ask why must you ask, because you are made in the image of God. You were created for communion and relationship. As an obedient servant you must ask for Me to move on your behalf, because then we are one. I do not force Myself on My own. Your salvation is free, but you ask. The relationship starts at the time of salvation. Guidance will come, direction will be given, but you must ask. Asking frees Me to move. Satan the accuser will accuse you and try to destroy you, if the relationship only flows one way. It is by the Covenant, the partaking of My body, that we become one, and then no weapon formed, by Satan for your personal destruction, will prosper.
You have not because you ask not. Asking is a root word of petitioning. Your petitions go before the great throne and they are spoken out as commands to the archangels to go and battled for My glory. When you are Mine, and I am yours, when we are one, then your enemies are Mine, and My enemies are yours. I can then battle on your behalf, because you understand who the enemy is. Christians are not identifying the enemy. They are in confusion and chaos destroying their own. Know your enemy, and his strategies, he does know yours. Your weaknesses are his target points. Put your feelings away, and read My word with a focus point, the battle!
My thoughts: The Lord showed me something I will never forget when he gave me this word. He showed me how Satan gathers information about you and then forms his weapons to fit you perfectly. He has an ammo bag with your name on it! The sad part is we hand him the bullets to place in that ammo bag many times. We have not learned how to fight in the spiritual realm. We strike out in the natural and forget about the spiritual. Start battling on your knees today! Praying and interceding for others, for this nation! Do not give the enemy more ammunition to destroy you. If you stop today eventually his ammo bag will begin to run low and you will get hit a lot less!.
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,”
