The following is from my book, "Prepared in the Wilderness."
I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Psalm 16:8
He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. Psalm 62:6
Today’s word from the Lord: Great is your faithfulness; your faithfulness has been as a rock, not shaken or shifted in the storms. Taking the beating of the waves upon it and still not moved. Great is thy faithfulness to Me. My child faith in Me can not be shaken, moving or adjusting to circumstances. It must be rock solid. The foundation can not move. How could I send you out into darkness with My light to shine if you could be moved? I could not. Many will be won to heaven by My people, but many could be lost by My people who are shifting with the wind, moving with the waves. You have not and I will honor My covenant with you. Your hands are blessed in all that you do. Your work will come from Me; your labor will not be in vain but for My glory. You looked to Me and I will honor this. Blessed are those who’s God is the Lord; mighty in strength, long in power, warriors in battle, courageous in My name, over comers of the darkness. I will bless you; I will make it happen; shifting of circumstances has taken place. Call unto Me and I will listen.
My thoughts: The Lord wants us to be rock solid no matter what the circumstances are or look like. Stop and think about Christians that have fallen and what that looked like to the world. We are dealing with eternity and it is time for Christians to stand strong and not stumble or be deceived. We are His ambassadors. We are to take the Kingdom of heaven to the world so others can become citizens of His Kingdom. Who would want to be a citizen of a Kingdom that looks like the mess the world is already in? The people of this world are looking for a foundation that cannot be moved. “Many could be lost by My people.” What a statement, that should shake us to the very core. I want men and women to look at me and know that I have something that they need. Not that everything is going wonderful all the time that is a fairy tale. But that no matter what the storm I have a Father in heaven that I am in covenant with and He will bring me through whole; not broken and shattered but WHOLE!
